First of all, why do they keep spelling Udeskey with an O? I thought it was Udeskey not Odeskey. What is the real spelling?

Oh, thanks for this, Bob. I like the way you see things. I'm as eager as you to be seated in a theater in 2001. I guess I will have de developpe my patience...

I still say they're giving us two differnet plotlines. A requel one, and a sequel one.And hey, maybe Grant doe shit a prequel Site B, tells Hammond, who keeps quiet and does this to keep the dinsos afe form InGen, until Ludlow takes over. And with Malcolm's less than enthusiastic speeches, Hammodn never mentioned how Grant knew about this.

Gallimimus-From what I have, it is very hard to determine a real story line. I don't have a script(remember, there wasn't one in the beginning)so all I have are scenes. We do know from these that they hit two islands, Sorna and Nublar. Wouldn't going to Sorna also make it a sequel to TLW as well as JP1? Your guess is as good as mine. That's what makes this all so fun. They are just filming away, we are all trying to guess what it means and come July, 2001, we can hardly wait to get to the theater and see how close we came to being right, or wrong. Throwing Laura Dern in there seems to really have picked up the anticipation of what it is all about.

Bob - what do you think personally of the sequel-prequel theory? Do you have your own point of view on this? Have you ever wondered? Thanks..

Cool, this seems like a sequel to me. Grant wants the dinos detsroyed. Paul wnats to bond with eric by having Grant guide them around SIteB.
I doubt it's so inovled anyway. Opens wiht Grant at DC, asking whatever. Then cut to Paul and eric and establish their characters a bit. Next, Grant at the dig beign bugge dby paul. Some info on Amanda. Paul at the dinner with Grant. Grant at home wiht Ellie. Pual hiring people to got o Site C, they egt shipwrecked. Mark gets Grant to rescue them. Total time, a good 15-20 mintues at most.

Goldblum-I still really don't see more than 30 minutes on the mainland, at most. That would give us a nice 90 minutes on the
island(s). And heck, I wouldn't mind a three hour JP. The more the better, as long at its' good.

Sorry for giving you a hint of doubt for once, Bob, but that's all in the name of good honest journalism. While I was not being completely serious about the beginning taking 45-60 minutes, I still say many of the opening scenes you have described thus far make JP3 the longest film yet in the series when concerning getting to the island. And in order to cut it down to workable size for the final cut, they'd have to literally take a hatchet to the entire opening of the film.

I think it is good that there will be some character development, as long as they spend at least an hour and a half on the island, besides who knows how long this movie is going to be, that would rule if it was 3 hours

GoldblumRules-I really don't think what I've described so far would take 45-60 minutes of screen time to get to the island nor do I think they would be that careless. They do have to set things up and the previous two films have all started on the mainland. Also, just because a scene is filmed doesn't mean it will make the final cut. I can't imagine we would spend more than 15 or 20 minutes before leaving the mainland.
I have always said to take what I post with a grain of salt as things change and all my info was produced before filming even started.
I do feel comfortable with the fact my Ellie scoop was validated by both Access Hollywood and USA Today.

I am sure Dan wouldn't stoop so low. And like you guys I have absolutely no desire to see the script turn up online anytime before the premiere. I don't know about these scenes... it's starting to sound like they take a whole 45-60 minutes to get to the damn island, what with all the Paul and Ellie scenes mentioned lately. That is a LOT of freaking exposition. Not really fit in a JP film. Bob, I'm sorry but I am getting really curious where you are getting this information.

He must also never reveal what happens in the end. As for this news though its so complex i'm not even going to bother speculating.
Good work Bob for getting news.
Now tell dan about the lab scene.

Though i like jp3 info DAN MUST NEVER POST THE SCRIPTON HIS SITE. that will toatally ruin the movie for everyone.

Hopefully, they won't cut them. Bob, if you have the script (or even part of it), please send it to Dan so he can put it on his site!!

PS-Dan u absolutely rock!! I love this site.

These scenes, along with the Ellie ones, would definitely add a lot to the story, but...

    How about some dino scenes?

I would like them expand the story further, but I'm worried these scenes will get cut, since they cut non-dino scenes in TLW to get straight to the dino action.

This sounds interesting. I wonder what Paul is offering Grant though. Oct. 16 is my birthday so I'm sure that these scenes will be cool. Peace out.

PS-I haven't read any comments by Oviraptor for a while. Hope he's ok.
