The arboretum is the place in Hawaii where they filmed the scene near the beginning of JP1 where they filmed a bunch of scenes.. They're going back there for filming some JP3 scenes..

I've got a thoery: maybe some of the same kind of stuff happened on the sets of the first two, it's just that we never heard about it because we didn't have an "inside source." Notice that the "Making of" JP books tend to just tell the good news, and any bad news is suspiciously absent.
