Yeah. It would be great but the times are a problem. We could set up one day where all JP fans can come in and chat at any part of the day! But it would most likely be the day I couldn't log on or I'd come in at the entirely wrong time. X]

I live in the U.S. and the time changes aren't really different in Canada than it is here. Overseas would be a problem.

    Hey KITT1

To tell you the truth, i never even go on it. It would be cool though if we all set a time to meet on it and chat up JP ahah

But it could get confusing with all the different time zones and such.

    I live in Canada

I'm just curious. How come no one else is ever in JP3 Chat? Or am I on at the wrong times?

    Hey Delta,

I like your story. It's cool how you've managed to fit a lot of the old characters into the script as well. Dodgson and Muldoon are a nice touch! It really reminds me of the original Jurassic Park.

There's a lot of spelling mistakes though, just letting you know. Your dialogue is good. I especially like Hammond's talk at the beginning.

    Keep it up.

They showed Jurassic Park on TV today (forgot which channel) and then right afterward showed The Making of Jurassic Park, which has alot of Stan Winston in it. Still amazing to see him working his magic, even on a movie that came out over 15 years ago.

    At 7:16:04 PM on 6/26/2008, MK1 said:
Do you think they are going to have a special on TV for him......like a "Making of all Stan's movies" segment?

That would be nice, and then to see his gradual progress over the years......

Man, i just read that your 16. Now I do feel stupid.

Let's just drop it and move on. I obviously jumped the gun bud, and don't want to argue, life's too short for that.

If you look at the posts, it's easy to see how i thought you were referring to me, since I mentioned JP4.

    But it's done now.

    Hey DeltaRunner,

I said I was sorry. And the way I see it, by you saying "this isn't the time to talk about JP4," then obviously the undertones of that statement are that "I should have known better" which in a way, make me look stupid or insensitive to the issue.

So don't use the "I didn't say that" card. Because by you saying "It's not the time", you obviously had a reason for posting that.

Mabey you should look at the facts before you go off on one. since when was i reffering to you in any way shape or form i wasn't so you attack on a 16 year old was patherttic and unjust.

Scroll down, i gave my condolences and thoughts........if anything, keeping this movie alive is for his honor......what do you think he would want done? To stop talking about movies and forget, or to go on, and let the magic flow.

I'm sorry, this is a message board for our opinions......and if you don't think it's the time to discuss JP4 on a JP4 WEBSITE, then maybe you shouldn't log on for a while.

I watched "The Making of Jurassic Park" yesterday after work and it was weird seeing Winston on screen. This moring, Hypa Space was on and they paid tribute to Winston, showing clips from his films, mostly JP I noticed. They also mentioned before his death Winston had several projects on the go...including JP4.

What do you guys think about the director for JP4?

Am I the only one who doesn't want Johnston back? In my opinion, everything he gave us in JP3, Speilberg gave 10x better, with more heart, enthusiasm and care, in the first 2 movies

I watched the making of The Lost World today. It was sad to see him on screen - in all his enthusiasm - knowing that he's gone now.

I did not know the guy personally, nor did I know anything about his private life, so I'm not going to pretend I did and say he was a great guy or any of that.

I will say this though: he was great at what he did, and was truly revolutionary in the creation of special effects, and was the top of the craft that he had a huge part in creating, and it is a tremendous loss to the movie community. It will be a shame not to see his unique touch on any new movies (or any sequels/prequels to movies he worked on previous, ie. JP4).
