Executive Producing JP4 in 2006, is not really a hard thing to fo for him, and would probably serve as a great vacation anyway.

So hes directing it, but hes decided to take time off, they had originally planned to film it this year, hes deciding not to, hes not directing part 4 of JP, but he is producing it, so I wonder if they'll do JP IV sooner which goes well with him not commenting on Indy4 but saying something about JP4.
