Ed Regis, Lex's He left us bit was a left over from whenshe was still the 7 yera old charatcer. It was actually a repressed feelign of htred for her da's divorce. In the book,s he was absolutely heart broken over his living. That plus another adult leaving when she neede done the most set her off. Ridiculous as a 12 year old yes. You can see that residulaness as Grant pulll her free, and she says Dad. A longing for hsi return to save ehr and make eveyrhting alright again.

People say it's gonna be on Nublar because 1. Wishful thinking. 2. Assumption that the only reason for making the JP sets old looking is a return to the island, 3. There's no gaurantte other than commons ense (which need not apply) that the DVD will ahve it, and many people believe thatd espite being shot or animated, a cut scene is not aprt of the continuity, and therefore cna change the outcoe fo sequels. While techicnally true,s ay, cutting out a charatcer's dying for a small cameo, msotly, even if cut, it still exists. The Trike mystery was solved we jsut don't know ti abse dof fof the movie. besides, given what we saw, Ellie could ahve found the problem, but got a little sidetracked with Grant and the kdis being lost in the shut down park. And as everyone will agree, Hammond would be mroe itnerested in his grandkids beign safe (Grant too), than in Ellie's solving his Trike problem. In otherwords, don't expect Grant to say, "Gee, ever figure otu why thsoe Trike's were sick? " he knows. he was there. He wa simpressed (according tot eh comcis, which ahs soem cut scenes. Ditto Australian trading cards.

For this third one-if I had to create a plot from this given info it would be:
The film starts with a flash on the screen and you see endless rows of military helicopters racing towards Isla sorna. Kaboom. The fry it. But guess what-they never said (in the other films) what happened to Nublar. Grant is mentoring this kid who happens to be the son of a wealthy Biosyn Executive (Macey). Grant overhears from this kid the plans his father has to go on some big field job to save the company. (this kid knows nothing about the dinosaurs). After that realization-Macey comes to grant for assistance. (by the way-Grant never finds out that Biosyn was the company that sabotaged them in the first movie. He needs him to accompany him on this trip. Grant tells Hammond's people. Grant plans to advise that the Island be destroyed before Biosyn can exploit it and cause some catastrophy. Of course-Ingen has fallen apart at the seems from the last accident. Hammond is dead. Stroke or something. He can't give help in the situation. In the hospital-Grant meets an ex military diplomat who has affiliations with the Costa Rican Government (old friend of Hammond's) who had been talking to hammond before he died. Guess what. Hammond decided to destroy the Island and had it planned with this military person. Grant finds out what's going on and somehow (doesn't show the process of this) gets up plans with this ex-military diplomat (Jack Thorne) to arrange an expedition to the island to set up radio beacons on the Island that will assist in the location and destruction points of the Island. Big time skip between them meeting and this getting arranged (like malcom and Levine in the second book. Miles (Still involved with Grant hangs out and assists him and Thorne (not knowing it's anything to tell his father.) In the end they get their expedition going and and miles finally 9unknowingly)hints to his dad what's going on. He stows away with Grant, Thorne, and some grad students-and similar others. Keep in mind-this is mostly revolving around the kid (since I'm sticking to known facts). They get their. While there-the discover Miles and can't get ahold of his father or authorities so he stays for a brief time. While he's there he's a nuiscence. Gets in the way a lot. As they're get started-a ship finds it's way there. Macey and some other Biosyn people get there to carry out their egg stealing plans. HUGE storm comes up. A whole big scene with the storm. This isn't just like the storms in the other movies-it's more like a hurricane. Lightening-winds destroying stuff-all that. Distroys the helicopter the "Good guys" came in-Smashes the hell out of the ship the "bad guys" came in. Remember-Isla Nublar has a bad dock. They have to go in together and team up in a way. Yet the other team still maintains plans to steel eggs (there's only maybe three on that team-and grant can't do anything to disuade them). Throught the movie there are all these spectacular things you never thought you'd see from the first island. Stuff never expressed in the first movie. Big action scene IN Teratops Aviary lodge and in the Aviary with dactlys. Scenes with Carnotauruses (that we didn't see in the second movie-cameleon dinosaur I mean.) A great big water fall scene with the adventurers in rafts and the T-rex. The other two members of the Biosyn team-save Macey-get chomped or killed in some way. The whole thing that keeps the story moving is they have to get off the Island in a given time because the Costa Ricans will bomb the Island whether they are on the Island or not. In the end-they find a speed boat in one of the closed in water areas of the Island. Somewhere towards the end-Biosyn loses it's precious eggs. As they're leaving-big plesiosaur/mosasaur scene. Grant gets killed heroicly (I love Grant too-but it would shock people and add to suspense) In the end they get off just as the military arives. They get picked up in the water and the Island gets blasted. However-next movie-mainland...wait! Before you start booing-it's where the first book left off. Some dinosaurs escaped and inhabit now the JUNGLES on the Costa Rican mainland-none of that City Crap. So there it is. With the already GIVEN info-that's the way I want it to turn out. Of coarse it WON'T, but----MAN I wish I could have had ONE lunch with Spielberg and relay my ideas. Wow! This movie would be awesome. But it's just a fantasy.

That rumour has been around for a while. This makes me think that they might stick a bit of the first 2 novels in to please the fans.
Plus The Lost World was a kick ass book and it would be a shame not to put the good bits in Jp3 that were left out in TLW.

You ever have to do an interview for a mega movie franchise? Especially working wiht big time stars? At age 13? Trust me, you would be uber excited too. Shouting a lot, and naturally bragging to your friends who you know. That kinda hting, plus nervousness results in shouting out a lot. And it sounded crowded where he was. Trevor might just have wnated to make sure he was heard, and didn't realize he wa sbeing so loud. Maybe this was his first interveiw ever. Just because you can stand in front of cameras to film a movie to be shown the world does not mean you're good in public. You ever seen movie stars who have done years of movies in a live event? Very nervous sometimes. And they can very easily empahsize virtually ever other word. If you think you can judge a person's acting abiltiy from a 15 second interview, you are not someone capable of making an informed verdict on their abiltiies. If Trevor was cast, he must be good. Or do you think he faked the auditions, and plans to act this way for filming. He won't. He would enevr have gotten one movie under his belt if he couldn't act. No matter how bad JP3 looks to be, do you honestly think it's intentional? Do you really think Johnston (With Spielberg breathing down his neck), would pick somebody as you described from one very short interview? No. However bad JP3 might turn otu to be, it's designed to make Universal et al lots and lots of money, so they'll only hire top grade actors, albeit relatively unknowns. I was familair with Jeff Goldblum and Ariana Richards' work prior to JP, and both weren't big name stars. Now Goldblum. Both were cast for being great actors. Ditto TLW cast. You honestly think that's going to change? Yes JP3 is looking below expectations, but you can't attack the cast until you see what they cna do. Which is why I hope no oen involved in any of the 3 JP's coems here until afetr JP3 has opened, and a real, informed decision can be made, sans first impressions off of nothing.

I just came home in a rotten mood after a bad week and heard the real audio interview, which did not show Morgan in a good light. He sounded full of himself, and that he was dropping names to show off. That doesn't mean he was, that's just what it sounded like. Plus, the plot he was describing did not sound like the sort of JP3 I was hoping for. And so, not thinking, I joined the bandwagon and attacked Trever, even making childish personal attacks. I admit it was uncalled for. I sold have given him a chance and waited until the movie comes out before passing judgment on both the film and the actor. We all should have. Again, I apologize. Goldblum is back in a cameo at most, same for Dern, and Attenborough has not made any serious commitment that we know of. So why would Dodgson be in it when Johnston is obviously not paying much credence to the first two? I really want him to return but that seems rather implausible at this point.

Dodgson reaturning depends if Hammond is still alive and he has INgen back. Mabey later they find out about the mad cow disease, and the pterasaurs attacked them for no reason. Then they are both stuck, mean while, dodgson and a few men are trying to steal eggs (yeah, like the lost world novel) But they came by boat because they didnt want any1 on the island to hear them, they could of found out grant and others are on the island.
Oops, got carried away, but all that would have to be in a long movie because after that the real action would take place, but what i already said would already be like 45-1 hour. But thats just my idea for making the story better, even though i havent even heard the plot
But it could be long since they are gonna have like a 4 month or whatever shoot. i just hope its like atleast 2 hours 20 min.

If what this kid is saying is true, my conjecture of the plot would go something like this: After the incident in San Diego the kid thinks, “Wow, living dinosaurs,” and sneaks onto one of the islands or something silly like that. Macy calls Grant, whom he met on a fossil dig with his son, to help track down Miles before be's logosaur chow.
OR, because on the clip Trever said they were doing a lot of rewriting, maybe the plot HE was talking about was from the old script prior to being doctored up. So perhaps when they hand Trever the final version of the script they'll tell him, "Sorry kid, it's Grant's show now. Your new role is Spinosaur victim #7"
