the phone and all are part of the plot... not the SFX... and are you talking of the animatronic spino at the beginning... it's not CGI and has nothing to do with ILM (The CGI spino has only a few appearances in the airplane attack scene)

But PLEASE, tell whoever is making the plot to make it a good plot because if it doesn't do well in box-office and makes a 1 or 2 stars and not a 3 or 4 star, then I'm really disappointed. So do a good job and then everybody will see a much better and major difference. BYE!
