At this point, I have now sent Universal Studios 3 emails via their online form. I have never received a single response. My cheques have not been cashed. It has been well over 12 weeks since I amiled them to the correct address. I am very unhappy with Universal's performance.
Does anyone have a snail mail address or an email address I can use to actually get a response? Or a toll-free phone number?

I sent my cheques for the free DVD and bonus DVD/case off on December 18, which was 11 weeks ago. The cheques haven't been cashed yet. Even if they are cashed tomorrow, it takes more than 1 week for them to be shipped, I imagine.
I can't figure out what the holdup is. 11 weeks for a cheque to clear is excessive.
Does anyone have a contact address (email or snail) for the Bonus DVD offer?
My form didn't even specify 10-12 weeks (I bought my copy in Canada).

By the way, I think Mr. Crichton should write the script for JP4 AND direct it. Who better to return this series to excellence then the man who gave it life. Also, he has directed some pretty good movies, such as Runaway, Westworld, The Great Train Robbery, and recently (although not sure if it was good, never saw it) The 13th Warrior.
He would know how to do it RIGHT. I am aware that it is a long shot, but one can always hope.

I got mine last week, and I have to say, I'm semi-disappointed. Any extra JP stuff I can get my hands on is great, but it could have been more. I especially enjoyed the Before & After F/X stuff, and the Michael C. Interview was good, too.

I have had mine since early December. Good thing I just got a DVD player in December, so I could buy the Jurassic Park Trilogy Box. By the way, the Fourth DVD has some really cool features. The Compy dance is a little weird however.
