While Eddie successfully pulls the two-part trailer back up the cliff in TLW with his Mercedes ML320, it's unlikely that the SUVs' 215-hp V6 engine could have done it. (From: 'JasonSpidey')

At this point, I have now sent Universal Studios 3 emails via their online form. I have never received a single response. My cheques have not been cashed. It has been well over 12 weeks since I amiled them to the correct address. I am very unhappy with Universal's performance.

Does anyone have a snail mail address or an email address I can use to actually get a response? Or a toll-free phone number?

I sent my cheques for the free DVD and bonus DVD/case off on December 18, which was 11 weeks ago. The cheques haven't been cashed yet. Even if they are cashed tomorrow, it takes more than 1 week for them to be shipped, I imagine.

I can't figure out what the holdup is. 11 weeks for a cheque to clear is excessive.

Does anyone have a contact address (email or snail) for the Bonus DVD offer?

My form didn't even specify 10-12 weeks (I bought my copy in Canada).

I guess I'm not the only one waiting for the bonus disk but I did get the 'Danger Zone' cd-rom disk, have no idea what it's like - my cdrom don't work. AAAARG! Waiting, waiting, waiting....

You guys, the form said it would take 10 to 12 weeks to arrive. And the check hasn't been cashed yet because that's what takes so long. As soon as the check is cashed, they'll send the DVD.

I sent mine 10 minutes after I bought the DVD on December 11. What the hell is the holdup? Does anyone know if thefree DVDs are widescreen ofr fullscreen?

My check was not even cashed yet and I mailed mine in before noon on December 11th!!! Whats this about? Anyway, I sent in for both the free DVD and the box so maybe that is what is impeding its progress. I'l keep ya guys posted.

Oh. Well, I looked at the IMDB after I posted that, and it turns out he only did some reshoots for another director. So, I guess it's suckiness isn't all on Crichton.

By the way, I think Mr. Crichton should write the script for JP4 AND direct it. Who better to return this series to excellence then the man who gave it life. Also, he has directed some pretty good movies, such as Runaway, Westworld, The Great Train Robbery, and recently (although not sure if it was good, never saw it) The 13th Warrior.

He would know how to do it RIGHT. I am aware that it is a long shot, but one can always hope.

I got mine last week, and I have to say, I'm semi-disappointed. Any extra JP stuff I can get my hands on is great, but it could have been more. I especially enjoyed the Before & After F/X stuff, and the Michael C. Interview was good, too.

Today the $$ was taken from my checking account so I assume I will be getting the DVD soon. How fun. Perhaps we will find out if Alan and Billy are really an item?

The Compie Dance is funny, but weird. Weird in a good way. It is like the Stormtroppers dancing at the begining of the Game Cube Star Wars game.

I echo the comments of JP Animal Control, except I change the Compy Dance Number comment to: "the Compy Dance is absolutely hilarious."

I have had mine since early December. Good thing I just got a DVD player in December, so I could buy the Jurassic Park Trilogy Box. By the way, the Fourth DVD has some really cool features. The Compy dance is a little weird however.
