I understood the story and kind of liked it. It just had long boring charactor moments. The worst thing was the way the camera moved in an action sequence. It moved so fast that you couldn't see what was going on. It also was to wierd. I just wanted it to end. Plus the worst thing was Gandoff getting killed. He was my favorite charactor. I agree JP3 was good action but it was a bad movie with a lot of plot holes. But as a huge JP fan I found it enyoying none the less. I also agree that LotR with beat it quite easily in the long run as it is a far superior film in every aspect.
Replying to JAW Rex's comments LotR is not satanic as Tolkein was a christian and the story is based on many christian/biblical parrallels. He was also the man that led CS Lewis to God.

I will say that the original JP was one of my favourite movies of all time and that I saw Lord of the Rings, and it was far better than JP3 was. In my opinion anyways. The reason JP made money was because it was part of a successful series, that had been good in the past. It dosen't mean that JP3 was any good. It was enjoyable, no doubt, but didn't have the magic and spark or the first film, and to a lesser extend, the second film.
