I hope the JP3 DVD is as cool looking as The Mummy Returns DVD. TMR has a really cool computer animated menu with tons of bonus material. (It also has a few clips from JP3!)

    Various Notes:

Thursday marked the 7th anniversary of JP's release on video. I remember because I waited, and waited, and waited. I usually watch it every 10/4, but I couldn't this year.

I saw an end of Summer box-office summary (estimates) which had JP3 at #5 and PotA at #6. I know this isn't really news, but it was just cool to see it beat that piece of crap, AND finish so high (much higher than the "experts" thought it would).

My local theater: Still four showings of JP3. PotA? None.
    Enough said.

    Indeed, Evil Jordy, well said.

Anyway, I guess this makes me the first person with actually something to say:

I told you so. Cinefex is the greatest. Why are you even reading this when you could be reading about The Making of JP3? A subject in which we have been completely shafted!

I was so pissed when I went to my local bookstore (bycott Borders) and found that not only didn't they have the issue, but NO issues at all! And they didn't even have the new Calvin and Hobbes book! Who do they think they are!? Anyway, I cut to the chase and ordered the issue directly from the official website.

Can't wait to see it! I may get some scans in too...

    Second.
