I dont care if they get rid of t-rex or raptor. just as long as they have somthing good in there places.Example:for t-rex have Acrocanthosaurus and for raptor haveUtah raptor.

My favorite animal in both movies was the Velociraptor. I liked how the looked, and how they moved. It kind of made me angry that they had such a small role in TLW. I like how they hunted and they're behavior, they where almost like the ultimate preditor(besides the trex, I guess). I would be really angry if they had another small role in JP3. I do want to see the T-rex in JP3, just not as much.

If Jeff wasn't in TLW the movie would've been even worse, he's brought the most humor to both JP and TLW, and it has worked well. Having Jeff, Sam, Laura, in the same movie is a nice balance.
The raptors and T-rex might be in JP3 just not as much compared to the previous 2 films.

There's an AWESOME CG animation of a Baryonyx catching a fish at: http://dinosaur.umbc.edu/images/baryonyx-tmk.html

This may be what the actual dino looks like in the movie. You never know...

Yeah and the dinosaur in the Logo could kill the Rex .. that would be COOL!

They have to keep the rex in, also it would be cool if they had a fight between the rex and what ever is on the logo, that would be sweet :)

Malcolm shouldn't be in it also since he sucked in TLW.

You cant kill get rid of the t-rex or the raptors. I agree that it should have different dinosaurs in it as mains but if you got rid of them all together it would be like getting rid of Malcolm with no explination.

Yeah, I'd really miss that one for the T-rex being the main star after two movies. I'm sure they'll be a Rex in it. Due to it's popularity, Hammond would stash one or two on every island he owns. Just in case.

At 11:38:33 PM on 7/10/2000, VelociYoshi said:
I woulden't miss the T-rex either, but I do hope it won't be killed off in the movie. I do see why some might miss it, since that logo's been around for a while. It'd be the same way if the Baryonyx/Suchomimus/Spinosaurus was there first but was then replaced by a rex.

(P.S. I was talking about the "Mysterious White Wall" in the Universal Studios Tour. I guess I didn't make myself clear enough... I was focused on the "Dang it!" part :-)

Dang it! I've been looking in the older news, and I see that someone has already told you guys that in COMPLETE DETAIL! Man... I thought I was the first one to break the news... ;-) Well, I haven't seen any pictures of the white wall anywhere... and I have a picture of it! It will be developed soon-I promise! Come check it out at my site: http://www.geocities.com/jurassicparkiii/
Could you put it in your "Links" page, Dan? Ok... I'd better go now... I've had enough humiliation for today...

I went to Universal Studios last month and saw this poster hanging on the poles leading down the rows of escalators to the Jurassic Park Ride.

On the Studio Tour, I got to see a set from Jurassic Park III. I have a picture of it, I just haven't got it developed yet. It looked like a slightly jagged white hill with poles (resembling trees?) all over it. That was all. In front of it there was just orange dirt.

I have no idea what this part of the set will turn into. I thought it was a little funny that the JP3 set is located right in front of "The Lost World" Visitor Center set.

    Ciao,
    Sam
P.S. E-mail me for any questions, if you want. My in-the-progress website is at: http://www.geocities.com/jurassicparkiii/

    Hasn't got much...

...yet. Check on it later, though. I'll put some more stuff on it.
