    Is this guy seriously this deluded about what the first amendment means (or Kennedy's speech, for that matter), or is he an actual theocrat trying to fudge over his un-American views with feigned naivete?

    Side note: Stephanopoulos utterly fails to call him out on this bullshit, which is very disappointing considering how quick he usually is to do so (usually too harshly)
